Bobette Hicks is the member of our Property Management team appointed to our Pt Chevalier Office.
Following 6 months traveling the world, Bo Hicks joined the Goodwin Property Management team in December 2006. Bo is an experienced Property Manager.
More important to you; Bo has been a resident in Pt Chevalier over 25 years attending all the local schools; Pt Chevalier Primary, Pasadena Intermediate, and, Western Springs College. After leaving school, Bo gained a Certificate of Business that led to her working for Carter Holt Harvey as a Legal Secretary, and, later for the Foundation for the Blind as an HR assistant and Special Formats Co-coordinator; which has set Bo a very strong administrative footing. Subsequent to Bo entering the Hospitality industry she began building her own residential portfolio. This was to be the catalyst for Bo’s introduction to Real Estate as a career.
Bo speaks modestly of her sporting achievements. But, these are exceptional; with Bo representing New Zealand Women's Ultimate Frisbee team, for the last 2 years. Other sporting activities include the play of National Level indoor netball and Touch rugby, on the side!
Bo is very much a team player and relates well with others. Her ability to communicate with people from all walks of life helps create a great rapport with work colleagues, landlords, and, tenants alike. She is highly organised, multi tasks extremely well, and, boasts a high level of self-motivation. She is able to meet shifting priorities with the ability to remain calm and productive under pressure.
