Lead Coach, Amy Gray, is a trained holistic health coach; a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health, well-being and happiness.

Bespoke six month programme. A tailor made programme to help you comprehend your body’s unique needs. With your health coach you are encouraged to consider aspects of your current life that might need changing, adjusting or fine tuning. Numerous aspects of well-being such as nutrition and self care are also explored together with your health coach. Throughout the programme, your health coach will be alongside you as you overcome resistance, fear or anxiety to make changes to improve your outlook on life and achieve a more satisfied and productive life at work and home.
Taste Success programmes. 6 or 12 week programmes based on wholefoods with benefits including improved sleep, mood and energy, reduced cravings, improved gut function and hormone balance, weight loss and better sense of self control around food. These programmes include beautifully written digital cookbooks, meal plans, shopping lists, weekly emails with tips and tricks as well as full support from your health coach throughout the programme.
